- Cancellations 78 hours in advance or less does not require payment or refunds 100% of the price of the tour if payment has already been made;
- Cancellations 48 hours or less in advance: the client pays 50% of the price of the tour.
- In the event of the tour being canceled for reasons related to weather, atmospheric conditions or sea swells, the client will be contacted as soon as it is decided to cancel the tour in order to reschedule or cancel it. In these cases, if the client wishes to cancel the tour definitively and would like a full refund, they must inform us at the time of contact.
