1
1st Day - Welcome to the island, Jeep Photo tour and a tasty homemade lunch
Arrival at airport with a welcome gift – flowers from the island!
Departure directly for a Jeep Photo tour, a different way to find the most hidden places of the Island! The group will be divided in different teams, each team will have a digital camera in which participants will have to be creative and photograph along the route in order to get the best photos. In the end there will be a jury to evaluate the pictures and the winning team will be entitled to a photo printed and framed. Photo topics may be the food, the landscapes of Madeira or the product of your company in different sceneries! After this funny activity a homemade lunch at the Seixal Wines, a local producer of table wine, with wine tasting and visit to the local vineyards.
Transfer to the hotel.
Welcome dinner at the old town of Funchal with fresh and delicious local food.

2nd Day - iPad Discovering in the city and cooking class
After an energetic breakfast departure to the city centre for a team building activity with cutting-edge technology, discover the most emblematic places in Funchal by GPS! The group will split into several teams and each team receives an iPad 4G to find locations, take pictures, make funny videos, answer questions about Funchal and tasting traditional food and drinks!
Before lunch we will have a cooking class, it's time to play with food, from fresh grilled tuna, to local fish espada or delicious passion fruit pudding, all local delicacies with delicious paired wine to go around. Be prepared to learn and have fun!
In the afternoon a visit to get to know all about the famous Madeira wine, let´s take a tour at the Wine Lodge and taste this precious nectar.
Today a traditional dinner with entertainment by Madeira folk dancers, where the main dish is the local dish “Espetada” (diced beef cooked on a skewer spiced and grilled over an open fire). Don´t be shy and experience the traditional local dance!

3rd Day - Meeting, lunch in the vineyards with Poncha workshop
Departure from the hotel for a meeting with all the participants at the historic Colégio dos Jesuitas. After a coffee break with local and fresh products, departure to Santana, a beautiful village with the famous small thatched triangular houses located in the East part of the island. We will have time for selfies and to take a group photo!
Lunch will be served on the vineyards with an amazing sea view on the top of a cliff, but before let´s learn how to prepare Poncha, a traditional drink from Madeira.
After lunch, as a symbolic gesture to help our environment and the planet we will join all the group to plant one tree. It is also a lovely way to remember this fabulous trip with your colleagues or collaborators!
Departure to the Airport or alternatively to the hotel for one more day at Madeira Island.

4th Day - Golf Experience and back Home
Free morning to go around the city or relax, or departure to a Golf Club to learn the basics of golf and hit the first golf shots!
