Madeira | Vespa Scooter Rent

Conditions:

• Subject to availability at the time of booking;
• When picking up the scooter, the customer must present a valid driver's license, a valid identification document (ID, Citizen's Card or Passport) and a Credit Card in their name;
• The customer must hold a valid A1 or B License to drive in Europe and be over 25 years old;
• The total rental rate is calculated on the basis of the information provided at the time of booking, and the customer may request changes up to the time of delivery;
• The quoted rental rate is based on the exact parameters (locations, dates and times, etc.) of your specific rental. Changing the parameters of your confirmed booking may result in different rates;
• The booking fee will be charged in full when the scooter is picked up on the scheduled date and time;
• Cash, debit card and credit card are accepted as payment methods;
• All rentals are subject to a deposit of 250.00 euros to cover any damage during the rental period, which will be returned to the customer when the scooter is delivered on the agreed date and time, and in the condition in which it was originally delivered;
• It can take up to a week for your bank to release the security deposit by credit card.

Cancellations:

• The motorcycle rental service is subject to prior reservation, with no booking and/or cancellation fee;
• As we do not charge any booking and/or cancellation fees, there is no refund;
• Early returns, which are the responsibility of the customer, do not entitle the customer to any refund of the unused portion of the rental;
