1st DAY- Arrival and tasty dining experience

Special dinner at restaurant Akua, a seafood-only restaurant, with the fresh fish of the day shining. In a small street of Funchal, an amazing place to taste local and fresh products by Chef Julio Pereira, accompanied by a good wine. Possibility of show cooking... a delicious experience!

2nd DAY - Discover the best spots of the city | Sunset experience on the south coast of the island

Explore the charming city of Funchal and get to know more about the local culture. Visit to the colourful and perfumed farmers’ market, an embroidery factory that supplies royalty around Europe, a traditional grocery where locals purchase traditional spices. Discover the old caves of Madeira Wine, where some of the oldest Madeira Wines are kept! Take the vintage tour of Blandy’s Wine Lodge and explore 200 years of Madeira wine. The tour visits the various areas of the Lodge, finishing with a tasting. Just around the corner, the cosy Bistro 1811 will provide a delicious meal. In the late afternoon, departure from the hotel for a unique view of the sunset in Madeira at Maktub in Paul do Mar. After tasting a “mojito”, get ready for a local experience dinning at this special spot – fish, fresh and local products and a lot of imagination! Return to the hotel.

3rd DAY- Unforgettable moments sailing along the coast | Dine like a local
Today experience sailing along the south coast on a private yacht, in the company of the beautiful dolphins and whales. Dive in the blue water of the Atlantic Ocean, enjoy swimming, snorkelling or simply relaxing on this elegant private yacht. Open bar is available during the trip. In the afternoon stop at Faja dos Padres, a small paradise only reachable by sea of by a cable car on the cliff, to taste a delicious lunch made with fresh and local products, a memorable experience! In the evening, a dinner to taste the traditional dish of the madeira cuisine: “Espetada”, diced beef cooked on a skewer spiced and grilled over an open fire. You can also taste the bolo do caco, a small warm flat bread with garlic butter, a local and unique gastronomic experience.

4th DAY - Explore the exotic beauty of the north coast | Homemade lunch in a local house and wine tasting
Today discover unique places, charming and picturesque villages and breath-taking landscapes. We will visit the fishing village of Câmara de Lobos, admire the panoramic view at Cabo Girão on the top of the cliff, feel the nature surrounded by the lush vegetation of Laurissilva forest at Paul da Serra, be inspired by the views of the north coast at Seixal and delighted with the delicious homemade tapas, delicacies and dishes served in the home of a local wine producer. The amazing views from this cosy place and the local wine will complete this experience.

5th DAY - Sunrise above the clouds | Exclusive dining experience with a private chef
In the early morning we will drive up to the top of Madeira’s Pico do Areeiro mountain by jeep for an amazing and unforgettable experience. Watch the sunrise above the clouds at 1818m, the landscape and the colours are unique! A private butler will be waiting to serve you a stunning breakfast of fresh pastries and succulent fruits. Afterwards the adventure begins with an off-road tour through old pathways to discover the interior of Madeira, be prepared to be mesmerized by the natural beauty. After the adrenaline relax with a glass of Madeira wine and enjoy lunch in a very special place surrounded by vineyards and astonishing views over the north coast. In the evening a memorable experience invites you to travel through sensorial gastronomy: a farewell dinner with a private chef. Enjoy the Mediterranean and Iberian cuisine combined with regional products and high-quality ingredients and indulge in all these flavours!

6th DAY - Time to say goodbye…
