Even the climbs are fun on a E-bike and for friends and couples who have different levels of fitness, it doesn’t matter anymore, the E-bike will allow you to explore Madeira’s finest mountain bike trails and paths together.

Conditions:
- After booking details and conditions are accepted by both parts, a non refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to secure your reservation;
- When you make the deposit you agree to accept all these conditions and when we accept your booking we agree to carry out our obligations;
- The balance must be payed in full before your first tour/rental starts in cash or by bank transfer;
- When making a bank transfer, proof of payment is required;
- To make a booking you must be 18 years or over. Under 18 years old riders must be authorized by Parents or legal guardians to participate on our tours/rentals;
- We don’t offer bike storage in our shop due to limited space. Please make sure that if you book your own accommodation you book allows you to safely store your bike.
- If you need to cancel a tour you need to inform us by email or phone;
- If you inform us with 24 hours or more in advance you get a full refund or can reschedule your tour with no time restrictions;
- If you inform us until 09:00pm of the previous day before your tour, you will get a refund of 70% of your deposit or payment;
- If you inform us after 09:00pm of the previous day before your tour, no refund will be given;
- By failing to pay the balance before the start of your tour/rental, we reserve the right to cancel your tour and no deposit refund will be made.
