Throughout the experience, the participants will learn traditional preparation techniques and use fresh, local ingredients. The emphasis will be on celebrating the diversity and richness of regional flavors. The class will provide an immersion in the region’s gastronomic culture, from simple dishes to sophisticated delicacies, highlighting the importance of traditional ingredients and techniques.

Includes:
- Regional menu: poncha, bolo do caco, starter, main course, dessert, water, wine, tea or coffee;
- Experience prepared by a private chef on his family farm;
- Storytelling – behind every meal there is a story to be told – let yourself be carried away by the soft sound of words while you enjoy a wonderful degustation full of flavors and textures.
Does not include:
- Transportation;
- Other services not mentioned in the program and personal extras.
- Closed Sundays and Mondays;
- Lunches | Arrival at 11:00;
- Reservations depending on availability;
- Food restrictions informed when booking.
- A €40,00 fee per person will be charged for no-shows and reservations that are not cancelled up to 8 hours prior the booked date.
