DAY 1
Transfer from Airport to Hotel in Funchal. Preparation day at the bike station. For the upcoming 5-day tour, make sure to prepare for your journey by packing the essentials. This includes shorts, windbreakers or a raincoat, sunscreen, and a light backpack with snacks and 1.5 liters of water. The guide will provide any repair materials and spare tires.

DAY 2
Minibus transfer up to the second highest peak of the Island: Pico do Arieiro (1.810m). From Pico do Arieiro to the Ecological Park above Funchal downhill via single trail with an amazing panoramic view of the Island. After passing the Ecological Park the trail continues on road and dirt tracks and paths to Sítio das Quatro Estradas in the direction of Santo da Serra. Already in Santo da Serra we follow the Levada da Serra do Faial towards Camacha and then the path to Vale Paraíso, the Paradise Valley. Return to Funchal along the old regional road.

DAY 3
The day starts at the bike station in Funchal. From the bike station, we take a minibus transfer to Poiso Pass (1,418 m high). The first part of the trail involves cycling leisurely on roads and dirt trails down to 600 m. We then follow the Levada da Serra do Faial towards Portela and stop for some breathtaking views of Madeira's North Coast after 10 km. After that, we go along dirt roads towards Fajã dos Rolos with beautiful sights of Machico´s Valley before ending up at sea level in Machico via an old regional road.

DAY 4
Our journey begins at Guindaste in Santana and continues up the mountain to Levada do Caldeirão Verde. As we traverse the Levada, we pass through Parque Florestal das Queimadas, where stunning views await us. After a brief stop at Santana's "Casa de Colmo", we take a lunch break before continuing along the old main road near Achado do Felpa. We cycle beneath laurel and eucalyptus trees until reaching 837 m above sea level, offering an incredible view of both the mountainside and Madeira's coast. The tour concludes at Arco de San Jorge by the ocean.

DAY 5
This tour starts in Paul da Serra, Madeira´s plateau (Alt. 1500m). Far from the hustle and bustle of city life, you will be surrounded by windmills and stunning views of the northern valleys. A lengthy ride on rocky but not too steep single trails will take us to the western part of this plateau. Here we have the chance to explore Fanal, famous for its amazing endemic trees surrounded by peaceful grazing cows. The guide may suggest forest single trails or dirt roads based on riders' skills. Either way, our journey ends at Ribeira da Janela with breathtaking sights of the imposing North Coast!

DAY 6
Starting from the bike station in Funchal, we take a minibus to Fonte do Bispo at an altitude of 1241m. From there you have the choice of riding on dirt and gravel roads or taking single trails right away. The scenery is breathtaking with views of the west side of Madeira Island and the North Atlantic Ocean. After 30km, we will reach Ponta do Pargo Lighthouse which was inaugurated in 1922 and stands 290 meters above sea level atop a cliff at the westernmost point of Madeira.

DAY 7
On the last day, take advantage of a free day to explore local attractions or do other activities. Finally, check out at the Hotel and transfer to the airport.
Conditions:

- All participants must be at least 18 years old, with a height of 145 cm or more.
