Qual o método de pagamento que devo utilizar?

At Intertours we accept payments by Credit Card, ATM and Bank Transfer. All are effective methods that guarantee you maximum safety. If what you want is greater speed, the ideal method will be to use the credit card that will be immediately confirmed in our systems. Payment by bank transfer requires more work on your side – as you will have to make it through your bank – via online, branch or telephone – or through the ATM, being necessary that you send us proof of transfer by fax or email.

O que devo fazer para um pagamento por transferência bancária?

You have to follow 3 very simple steps:
1. Tell our assistant that you want to pay by bank transfer.
2. Go to your bank, ATM or online banking and make your bank transfer to the nib we provide.
3. Send us the proof that you made your transfer to info@travel-to-madeira.com or to fax no.: 291 225020. *(ie: ATM receipt, bank deposit slip, or image of the internet from your online bank)

In order to guarantee your reservation and the respective rate in a timely manner, we request the immediate payment of the reservation and the sending of proof of the same.

Como poderei saber se a minha reserva foi confirmada?

Once the purchase process is complete, your reservation will be confirmed and you will receive an email with a reservation number. The first “Booking Confirmation” email will provide you with all the details of the itinerary you have booked, as well as all the details to proceed with the payment of the product purchased via ATM or bank transfer, if you have requested it.

Yes you can. But keep in mind that this cancellation may incur cancellation costs.
